HSC SENIOR MEN TRAINING SCHEDULE
The Senior Mens train all year round with a short break from March to June just after the premier league championship. Trainings is hosted from Mondays to Thursdays at the Drive Inn, with occasional Sunday morning fitness workout at St. Joseph Catholic High School.
Training begins at 6:30pm and ends at 8:30pm. Sunday morning training begins at 7:30am to 9:00am
The Men’s Premier League begins in October and ends in February. While the league is ongoing and training is limited to 2 days per week so proper rest and rehydration can occur for successful outcome.
