The Parents of the HSC Youth Program are held to the standard below:

· Encourage good sportsmanship by demonstrating positive support for all players, coaches, game officials, and administrators always.

· Place the emotional and physical well-being of all players ahead of any personal desire to win.

· Support the coaches, officials, and administrators working with your child(ren), to encourage a positive and enjoyable experience for all.

·  Practice sessions/games are for the players, not for the parents. Allow the coaches to coach and do not enter the field when a game is in progress.

· Reinforce to your child(ren) to treat other players, coaches, game officials, administrators, and fans with respect.

· Parents should always be positive and not demonstrate criticism to any player, coach, staff, or game officials.

· Do not engage in arguments with the HSC parents, players, or coaches.

· Do not engage in arguments with the opposing team’s parents, players, or coaches.

· I will not come onto the field for any reason during the game unless instructed to by Head Coach onsite.
